We pre-bill all tutoring sessions a month in advance, and offer a 10% prepayment discount for all invoices that are paid within ten days of receiving the invoice.
Please confirm your schedule for the upcoming month with your tutor by the 28th of the current month. Invoices get emailed out between the 28th and 31st of each month for the coming month. For example, you will receive your September invoice between August 28 and 31. The deadline for prepayment is the 10th of the month.
If you are a new client, and starting tutoring in the middle of the month, your prepayment deadline will be 10 days from the date of your first invoice.
Scholarships available: Need-based scholarships are available at a sliding-scale rate. Contact us for more information or to request an application.
