Cancellation Policy
All changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If a session is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance, a make up session may be scheduled in addition to previously scheduled tutoring. Any missed session that is not changed or cancelled 24 hours in advance will be charged at the full rate. Please make all schedule changes directly with your tutor.
Meeting Space Policy
Tutoring sessions may take place in a public location in Burlington or South Burlington, online, or in a student’s home, if requested by the family. When meeting in a student’s home, it is required that a parent be home.
